CHEF'S BISTRO BRINGS HOME THE GOLD: The Chef's Bistro team brings home the gold medal award for winning the Filipino Cuisine Challenge (K1) at the 2013 Philippine Culinary Cup
at the SMX with its gold ensemble composed of Farmer's Tamales (starter dish); Tinuktok na Laing (vegetable dish); Dagat Sinaing (starch dish); and Roasted Spiced Pork Belly on Sauteed Dulong (main course).
